Benalmádena Vacations

Holidays-in-Benalmádena
For almost a year I was living in Marbella and Malaga, so it gave me time to discover many towns that are wonderful, and the charm that many places in Andalusia have leaves you with your mouth open. One of the places that I really liked was Benalmádena, a municipality that belongs to the Costa del Sol and is halfway between both cities and next to Torremolinos. It is 15 kilometers from Malaga Pablo Picasso Airport , right between Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

Benalmádena has 8 kilometers of coastline, of beautiful coastline, and it goes up to the mountains offering a spectacular landscape, a contrast that seems to take you to two different places. One of the places I like the most in Benalmádena is its marina , incredibly large with capacity for about a thousand boats and yachts, many of them spectacular and that look like floating mansions. It is the nerve center of the social movement and you will see many famous people there, including Antonio Banderas who spends a lot of time there when he is in Malaga.

With a blue flag on its beaches, Benalmádena is the ideal place to relax in the sun, forget about stress and enjoy a few days with your family or alone. You have many beautiful coves that become your little paradise, and they are also very safe. If you feel like walking, go to the promenade and "roll miles", you will reach Torremolinos while passing a lot of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a lot of souvenir shops.

As for leisure in Benalmádena, you should stop by one of the places that have flamenco tablao, fantastic. If you go with children you can go to Tivoli World , a small amusement park, or you can also go to the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium , the place in Europe where the largest collection of sharks is. Anyway, Benalmádena has everything for relaxation and fun, so even if you are not going to spend your holidays there but you are in another place on the Costa del Sol, I totally recommend that you go.
