Dalí Theater-Museum in Figueres

Salvador Dalí was one of the best painters in history. He was born in Figueres in 1904 and died in that same city in 1989 due to a cardiorespiratory arrest. Throughout his life he painted countless pictures and was also a participant in other highly varied creations.

Most of his works can be seen today in the Dalí Theater-Museum , located in Plaza Gala-Salvador Dalí, number 5, in Figueres. Admission costs 11 euros, although the price is 8 euros for pensioners, unemployed with ID and students and 7 for groups of more than 25 people (with prior reservation). Children up to 8 years old are free.

The visits can be guided and there are also educational visits, aimed at school groups of different ages. In addition, before leaving the premises, you can access the official store , where you can buy products related to the life and work of Salvador Dalí.

The truth is that the museum displays works of incalculable artistic value . All the genius of Dalí embodied in an area that cannot fail to be visited by anyone who appreciates art. Worst of all, you can’t take pictures with flash , although many people do so without heeding the prohibitions.

– Open from 10:30 to 18 hours
– Access is allowed until 5:15 p.m.

From March 1 to June 30

– Open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
– Access is allowed until 5:15 p.m.

From July 1 to September 30

– Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
– Access is allowed until 7:15 p.m.

From October 1 to October 30

– Open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
– Access is allowed until 5:15 p.m.
