One of the European cities that attracts me the most is Vienna , and although I have never been, it has always caught my attention, especially for having seen Sissi Emperatriz’s films as a child in which spectacular palaces, parks and gardens are seen. It is precisely the palaces of Vienna that I am going to talk to you about today since there are many and they are totally from a fairy tale, showing you in every corner all the magic, glamor and splendor that they have had and will always have.

Different styles and in different areas of the city, these are the palaces in Vienna that most attract my attention:

Hofburg Imperial Palace : it is in the old part of the city and was the residence of several generations of emperors and nobles. Here is the Museum of Sissi , the Empress, in addition to the Riding School. It has spectacular imperial halls and is currently the official residence of the President of the Republic. It has 18 wings that comprise some 2,600 rooms ranging from the Gothic style to historicism. One of the most visited places in Vienna, having been the residence of Francisco José and Sissi.

Schönbrunn Palace : it is a World Heritage Site and different royal families from all over Europe have spent many summers there. It was built at the end of the 17th century and has spectacular gardens that give it great beauty and elegance. It is of classic style, it is known as the Viennese Versailles and it is one of the most important cultural places in Austria since different sculptures, fountains and labyrinths can be seen.

Belvedere Palace : this luxurious palace is divided into two, one high and one low, both in Baroque style. Here you will find the Museum of Baroque Art, the Medieval Museum and the Austrian Art Gallery. A real wonder if you like to appreciate art in its purest form. It was built to be the summer residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy, in the highest area of the garden is the so-called Upper Belvedere , the main building of this whole complex and which has a beautiful facade.
