Travel to Casablanca

Casablanca-Morocco
Casablanca is one of the best known African cities, thanks mainly to the film that bore his name and which stars Humbrey Bogart. It is the largest city in Morocco and is on the Atlantic coast 80 kilometers from Rabat , the capital of the country. It has approximately five million inhabitants and is a very romantic city visited by thousands of tourists every year. Luxurious and elegant hotels and spectacular landscapes make Casablanca a great destination to spend a few days.

One of the most attractive places is the Great Mosque of Hassan II , located on the Boulevard Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah and which is the tallest temple in the world and the second largest after Mecca . Inside it can accommodate no less than 90,000 people. Almost nothing, although something logical considering that it measures 30,000 square meters among which there is also a Koranic school, conference rooms, libraries and even an underground car park.

Another place of interest for visitors is usually the Plaza de Mohammed V , which is in the center of the city and has various architectural styles. The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart , the central market or the famous Derb Ghallef (a large market that looks like an open-air Ali Baba cavern and where you can surely find anything you want), are the other points most visited by tourists in Casablanca . But not everything is culture, since it also has a beach, Ain Diab , which has a large area and has bars and shops of exclusive brands at very accessible prices.

For nightlife, you can choose from multiple pubs, party halls or the beach area itself with jazz clubs, piano clubs, cinemas, theaters or exhibitions. Casablanca is a city that has a thousand options to offer to everyone who visits it and that will make your vacation anything but boring.
