Verona is a city in northern Italy located in the Veneto region. With a population of more than 260,000 inhabitants , it is one of the most attractive and visited cities in the country that has become a center of the modern economy.
Surrounded by hills and trapped by a meander of the Adige River, it enjoys breathtaking panoramic views.

The historic center of Verona is one of the main reasons why thousands and thousands of tourists come to this beautiful city every year. In addition, the climate is very conducive to walking. From May to September warm temperatures are registered while winters are quite cold with average temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees. In summer these temperatures are usually between 25 and 35 degrees.
Ponte Pietra
The cathedral is surrounded by a river and dozens of bridges that you can walk through. The Piazza delle Erbe was an ancient Roman forum where the Madonna of Verona, a 14th century fountain, stands.
Many cultural activities take place, most of them in the Roman amphitheater Arena de Verona.
Verona Arena Amphitheater
It is traditional to visit Juliet’s House , a reconstruction of a house from the time when Shakespeare created the character. There is also a statue of this character in Bronze in the courtyard of the house. Juliet’s tomb is a small crypt in which the sarcophagus is, of course, empty.
