Detroit is the largest city in the state of Michigan , in the United States and has at its feet the river that bears the same name, which is the reason that the city is called that. It is one of the most important cities in the world in the automotive sector and also in terms of popular music, something that earned it the nickname of Motor City or Rock City. The city has almost a million inhabitants although its metropolitan area is close to four and a half million.

You can also visit the Detroit Zoo, where you will find many kilometers full of animals in their natural habitat, the Cranbrook House and Gardens, Hart Plaza (the nerve center of all activity in the city) or Campus Martius Park, a spectacular park in the heart of the city where you can spend the day on a picnic or taking a walk.
