When you arrive in the city center, the first thing you will see is the old Plaza de España , today known as Plaza de Hassan II . It is a building with rounded shapes that, at the top of its facade, and carved in stone, exhibits the pre-constitutional shield. In the Plaza, in addition, there are also the town hall and the building of the old Governor’s Palace , currently conditioned for official receptions and as a residence for distinguished visitors.
