The Island of Rhodes is one of the most spectacular and beautiful places in Greece, with a lot of historical and cultural content, such as the famous Colossus of Rhodes , an imposing and gigantic statue of the god Helios that is in the port of Rhodes and that is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World . Rhodes is the largest island in the Dodecanese archipelago and receives thousands of tourists every year, who visit the entire island and not just the points of greatest interest.

Both the things you buy and the food will be more expensive than in other places, but without a doubt the beauty of the city and the entire island is worth paying a little more.
