Barcelona and its virtues

Barcelona is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, that is something that no one can deny. It has a beach that extends over a large part of its geography and with architectural wonders such as the Sagrada Familia or the Torre Agbar . Perhaps that is why it is the preferred destination of millions of tourists who visit it year after year wanting to repeat.

The Catalan capital offers an enviable climate , with bearable temperatures in winter and summers that are warm but bearable thanks to the sea breeze. What is a pity is the pollution, present in Barcelona as in other European capitals such as London or Madrid.

In 1992, Barcelona hosted the Olympic Games , something that helped it to take a qualitative leap that is obvious today. It is a modern, cosmopolitan city full of shops and bars in practically all its neighborhoods. It is a city to live in, although to get around with public transport . Getting around most of Barcelona’s neighborhoods by car is crazy, especially at peak times. Luckily there are very good combinations by train, metro and bus.

Catalan gastronomy is another strong point of Barcelona. There are many restaurants that offer food of all kinds, from the traditional to the most innovative. The range is very wide, suitable for all budgets and palates.

Whatever the reason, if you want to stay in a hotel in Barcelona you have many options. From the typical hostels for which they will ask you less than 50 euros for one night to the four and five-star hotels where you will feel at home.

You know, don’t miss the opportunity to visit Barcelona and enjoy a good hotel to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Betting on a hotel chain of recognized prestige is my recommendation , as long as your pocket allows it clear.
