The Costa Dorada is tremendously known not only for its beauty but also because it is home to the famous Port Aventura theme park. Throughout its coastline you can find a lot of beaches and coves in which to enjoy your holidays, although you can also go sightseeing in a lot of municipalities where you can discover many places of great interest.

Below I offer you some of the most interesting places on the Costa Dorada and in the future I will focus on each of its municipalities to be able to cover much more. Take note:

Roman Circus of Tarragona : It is very close to the old town of Tarragona and dates back to before the 1st century, a time when you could enjoy the classic horse-drawn carriage races. It is one of the many traces that Roman history left in the city. It is between the Plaza del Rey and the Roman Amphitheater.

Torre Vella (Salou) : It is almost five centuries old and was built to protect Salou from unwanted visits. Currently there is a great variety of art exhibitions and cultural events. It also houses the Municipal Museum of Contemporary Enamel, which has a wide collection of enamels from around the world.

Torre de la Ermita (Cambrils) : It has been declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest thanks to how well it is preserved despite having its origins in the fourteenth century. It currently houses the History Museum of Cambrils.

Reus Old Town : It is a very interesting place where you can stroll and stroll through one of the most beautiful open commercial areas on the Coast. There you can find a lot of typical products in food, crafts, fashion and much more.
