Majorca Beaches

Beaches-of-Mallorca-2
Mallorca is one of the Balearic Islands and is known worldwide for its warm climate, its tasty cuisine and for its spectacular beaches and coves. Almost 400 beaches on the island, an incredible place to lose yourself and rest for a few days, precisely the main reason why tourists from all over the world decide to spend their vacations there. You have beaches of all kinds and for all tastes, although those with fine, clear sand and crystal clear waters predominate.

Below I will give you a small summary of the beaches of Mallorca so that you can find the best one for you:

Alcudia : It is a small municipality where you will find a spectacular beach that runs along the entire bay. It is a beach with a very high occupancy in summer and with a lot of animation throughout the day and part of the night.

Cala Poncet : It is a narrow beach that is 80 meters long and is surrounded by a residential area and several hotels. There is a group of rocks in the sand that give it a special magic. It is in the urbanization of Alcanada, near the commercial pier and Alcanada beach.

Alcanada : It is one of the most beautiful, in my opinion, since it is covered by small ridges surrounded by fine sand at the bottom of the sea. In addition, it is surrounded by a pine forest and in front there is an islet with a lighthouse that you can go to both swimming and walking. The depth is only a meter and a half so it is ideal to go if you have children or do not trust the sea and the great depths.

Es FarallĂł : It is also surrounded by a pine forest and has thick vegetation, something that gives it a great feral appearance. It is one of the perfect beaches to go diving with only fins and a mask.

Coll Baix : If you like tranquility and want privacy on your vacation, it is one of the best to achieve it. It is a spectacularly beautiful and secluded unspoiled beach that is in a natural setting.

– Sant Pere: Here you can find very fine sand and beautiful water. It is very close to the Bonaire Marina and has a bar where you can eat and even get hammocks and umbrellas.

Of course, this is just a small sample of the myriad of beaches on the island. Very soon I will tell you about those of Palma and other very interesting municipalities that deserve a special mention.
