Ryanair will abolish all its check-in counters

Ryanair will take another step forward in its fight to become the most profitable low cost company in history. To achieve this, they have thought that the best thing would be to eliminate the check-in counters in all the airports where they are present.

In this way, all its customers will have to buy the ticket online through its website and carry out all the online check- in procedures there. It is a measure focused solely and exclusively on minimizing operating costs.

At the beginning of 2010 all the procedures will be through the network and during 2009 we will see how little by little the counters of the Irish airline will disappear. In fact, according to data published by the company, 75% of its passengers already buy their tickets using this simple a priori procedure.

The billing will be done 100% by the passenger at home and only in 20% of airports will we see someone from Ryanair trying to give a cable to anyone who has not found out very well.
