This report ranks 60 cities based on 49 indicators, covering health security, infrastructure security, personal security, and digital security. The safest city on the planet according to the report is Tokyo. With more than 9.3 million inhabitants, it has a low crime rate, something that has a lot to do with the fact that there is no terrorism.
