The businessman Sant Singh Chatwal , has opened the first hotel of what he intends to become a luxurious hotel chain in a short space of time. The Chatwal New York , opened its doors on August 8 and is located in a building dating from 1905. This building was designed by Stanford White in New York and is the only Leading Hotels of the World to be found in the theater district of Manhattan. 
The hotel , has been designed by Thierry Despont, Few designers better than him, could have made such a luxurious design. It has been able to perfectly combine luxury with the most modern technology, in a 1930s-style environment. Very important parts of the building have been respected, such as the façade and the fireplace that runs from top to bottom throughout the hotel. 
In association with fashion brand Kashwére, The Chatwal also offers a spa with a saltwater pool that can be programmed to simulate three types of natural water currents. In the Lambs Club Restaurant and Bar, the hotel perfectly recreates the days of the first period clubs , in which people "bypassed" the prohibitions on drinking alcohol.
It seems that in not too long, we will be able to enjoy another hotel in the UK and another in India . Guests can rest assured that they are in the hands of experienced hospitality people, as Sant Singh Chatwal also owns the Bombay Palace chain and Hampshire Hotels and Resorts.
