The most surprising thing is that 90% of the surface of these buildings will be underground, although they will have exterior side patios . It is important to note that the complex will be surrounded by a 3.6 meter high wall and will have watchtowers. In addition, to make the place visible from the highway, a fountain with a 50-meter statue of Poseidon will be built.

As we have mentioned before, the inhabitants of this residential complex will have all kinds of luxuries, including a golf course, spa, equestrian center, hotel, restaurant, shopping center, heliports, a DNA vault … As for the houses, there will be of three types, ranging from 275 square meters to 1,100 square meters. The Trident Lakes project is promoted by a group of Texan millionaires who have realized the feeling of pessimism that reigns in this American state and that many wealthy people in the country are eager for a safe place in case the situation the planet is unsustainable. They already have all the necessary permits to build the residential complex which, apparently, will cost around 280 million euros. At the moment only the huge central fountain is under construction, but it is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
