San Diego is one of the many American cities that you fall in love with just by looking at a photo. It is on the southern coast of California, being the second largest city in the state and the sixth in the country. Balboa Park
It is close to Old Town and it is a spectacular park in which there is not only a lot of green but there are also several theaters, museums, sports courts and zoos. Essential places to visit within the park are the San Diego Museum of Art, the Cultural Center of La Raza, the Spanish Village , the Natural History Museum or the Casa de Balboa.
Zoo and Sea World
Especially recommended if you travel with children or if you like animals a lot. In the Zoo there are more than 3,000 animals of different species that live in a totally natural environment. In Sea World there is a great variety of marine animals, among which sharks , dolphins, whales and penguins stand out.
Shopping in San Diego
As in any trip, you cannot miss a time spent shopping. The most recommended shopping centers are the Gaslight District and the Horton Plaza Shopping Center, which have plenty of stores of all kinds. In addition, the bay area also has numerous small shops and shopping centers.
