Valley
Located between the Sierra de Tromantos and the Montes de Traslasierra and Sierra de Béjar, the Jerte Valley is the ideal place to enjoy nature and tranquility. Its name comes from the river that runs through it (the Jerte) and offers extensive forests, crystalline gorges and traditional architecture of great value. On the other hand, it is important to bear in mind that thanks to the mountains that protect the valley, there is a microclimate in which winters are not very cold and summers offer mild temperatures.
