We still have a few weeks left to continue enjoying the summer and you may not have gone on vacation yet. Undoubtedly at this time almost all of us are looking for a beach where we can rest and relax after so many months of stress.

If you are going to have a beach vacation I will give you a few tips so that these can be in total safety and no serious problems arise. Take note:

– The first thing you have to do is be very careful with the hours of exposure to the sun , especially if you have not caught much so far. Try not to be directly in the sun between 12 noon and 4 p.m. and if you are, do it with full protection and with an umbrella.

Drink plenty of fluids and frequently, especially water or any refreshing drink. After eating, avoid entering the water abruptly to avoid a digestion cut. Always do it slowly and do not go too far from the shore.

– If you like to swim away from the shore, be very careful and always do it parallel to the breaking of the waves. Always respect the indications of the flags and under no circumstances do you get into the water if it is the red one. Always try to be in an area where there are more people or a buoy in case you have a problem.

– If children carry floats, mats , boats or the like, they must always be supervised by an adult. Be very careful with this because the sea is very vulnerable, especially with children.

– Finally, always keep the beach clean , picking up all that is left over from food and throwing it away at the indicated points. As for tobacco, smoke in places where there are ashtrays, there is nothing worse than a beach full of cigarette butts.
