The Angel of Gateshead : It is the largest sculpture in the United Kingdom thanks to its 20 meters high and 200 tons of weight. It has a wingspan of 54 meters and is designed in such a way that it can withstand the strongest winds.

Gateshead Millennium Bridge : It is an architectural marvel designed by Wilkinson Eyre architects and that follows the lines and trends of the most important bridges in the world.

Walls : An extensive wall surrounds what was once the end of the city in the 13th century. Many parts of this wall are still standing, especially the part called the "Western Wall", which is excellently maintained, making it one of the most visited parts of the city.
