Tenerife: what to do on the island in times of COVID-19

The new measures put in place to curb COVID-19 infections are limiting mobility and the possibilities to travel and enjoy, even if it is small escapes. Within this context, there are areas that have a somewhat more advantageous position. This is the case of the Canary Islands and islands such as Tenerife , which is one of its main tourist attractions . And what can be done on this island? Tenerife is known for its beaches, but there are still more aquatic options. One of them is to take advantage of all its natural pools and less explored beaches , which are also usually the least crowded.

Among the possible options are Garachico with its natural pool. And, of course, it can also be used to taste the characteristic gastronomy, which is a mixture of European , African and American influences . You can not miss dishes prepared with black pig, tuna, potatoes, bananas, honey, avocado or gofio.
